Which files can I send?

At least one STL is required. You may add JPG or PNG references. PDF remains disabled until secure processing is available.

Can I send several files?

Yes. Apply the same specifications to all files or set them per STL.

Do I need to prepare supports?

No. Orientation and supports are prepared during the technical review.

What if the model has errors?

We will contact you before printing and may suggest technical adjustments.

Is the piece delivered painted?

No. It is delivered unpainted, washed, cured and with supports removed.

What is the timeline?

It depends on the request and is confirmed in the quote.

Do you ship across the EU?

We serve Portugal and the EU countries available in the form. Shipping cost and timing are confirmed in the quote.

Can I pick up in Braga?

Yes. Place and time are arranged after the quote is accepted.

Does my file stay private?

Files are kept in private storage and used to review and fulfil the request under the Privacy Policy.

Can I print any character?

We only accept files you created or for which you have permission.

Is resin suitable for functional parts?
