Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and quote

The site receives quote requests for resin 3D printing. Submission is not an order, does not involve payment and carries no obligation to buy. A contract is formed only after express acceptance of the quote and confirmation by Studios Blaze.

2. Files and rights

The customer confirms that they created the files or have permission to request printing. Studios Blaze may refuse requests due to intellectual-property concerns, technical infeasibility or excluded use.

3. Review, tolerances and finish

Orientation, wall-thickness or fit adjustments may be suggested before production. Resin printing can involve dimensional tolerances and occasional support marks. Unless the quote states otherwise, pieces are delivered unpainted, washed, cured and with supports removed.

4. Timelines, payment and delivery

Price, timeline, payment methods, carrier and shipping costs are confirmed in the quote. Pickup in Braga is arranged after acceptance. No payments are made through the site.

5. Excluded uses

We do not supply medical or dental parts, children’s products, food-contact items, electrical components, critical automotive parts, structural or safety elements, functional weapons, or objects whose safety depends on mechanical strength.

6. Cancellation, damage and law

Cancellation terms for each customised job are confirmed in the quote before payment. If a piece arrives damaged or materially differs from the accepted quote, contact us with the reference and photographs of the packaging and piece so that an applicable replacement, correction or refund can be assessed. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Portuguese law applies.
